Genomics
Our genomic applications include Q-PCR, RT-PCR, gene expression, SNP genotyping, and Next-generation sequencing (NGS). Partners receive raw data for downstream data analysis and work alongside our medical scientists for data interpretation.
Transcriptomics
Enables the study of an organism’s transcriptome, including mRNA, non-coding RNAs, and small RNAs, to determine the transcriptional structure of genes, in terms of their start sites, 5’ and 3’ ends, splicing patterns and other post-transcriptional modifications to quantify the change in expression levels of each transcript.
Immunology
The FoodPrint® 200+ test analyses finger-prick blood samples to measure food antibody levels, enabling practitioners to devise an optimal dietary regime based on one’s antibody reactivity.
